Burgard Cycle Standard A-Arms are constructed of 4130 chromoly and precisely tig welded for durability & strength. They come complete with zinc plated ball joints, chromoly tie-rods, and bushings. The upper A-Arms are camber adjustable.

Burgard Cycle Premium A-Arms are constructed from the same 4130 chromoly as our Standard A-arms, and they are both tig welded. But, the Premium A-Arms include several enhancements for the racing enthusiast.

1. The Ball Joints are integrated into the A-Arms for added strength and durability.
2. The Ball Joints also are equipped with Grease Fittings.
3. A-arms are both Camber and Caster adjustable
4. Available for Long Travel Shocks

Burgard Cycle Steering Stem is constructed of 4130 chromoly for added strength over the factory mild steel, and the anti-vib clamp is cnc aluminum with rubber bushings for decreased vibration.

Beadlock Wheels

Burgard Cycle Beadlock Wheels are manufactured fromDouglas .190 wheels. The wheels are machined and the 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum rings are welded to the wheels.

The Wheels are equipped with an Outer Beadlock, which are polished to a mirror finish. The polished finish on these wheels far exceeds the competition. The Rear Wheels are also equipped with an Inner Reinforcement ring with machined holes to reduce weight and allow mud and water to easily be removed from the wheels.

Case Saver

Burgard Cycle Case Savers are cnc machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. They were designed with both function and style in mind. It is polished to a smooth finish and drilled to reduce weight. Case savers are designed to protect your engine cases from chain damage.

Removable Clutch Cover Side Case

Burgard Cycle Clutch Covers utilize a precisely machined stock clutch cover that is fitted with a clutch cover adapter flange. The Cover is cnc machined from 6061-T-6 aluminum and polished to a brilliant shine. The system is supplied with an O-ring to insure a proper seal with installed. This clutch system will dramatically reduce the time spent changing your clutch plates & fibers. Finally, it will set your 250R apart from the rest.

Burgard Cycle professionally polishes 250R stator covers to a brilliant shine that will add a great touch to any highly detailed Quad.

The stator cover is available with or without a core. A core must be damage free in order to receive credit

Twin Row Axle Bearing Carrier

Burgard Cycle Bearing Carriers are cnc machined from top quality 6061-T6 aluminum. This carrier is designed to be twice as strong as the cast oem carrier. It comes equipped with two double row bearings, two dust seals, and a steel center axle sleeve. Also, carrier has grease jerk for greasing the carrier sleeve. Finally, it comes with the carrier adjustment tool.
